Front of House Team Member/Server

Management of areas concerning customer interaction, service, beverage prep, and food storage.

Customer Liaison – assist guests in ordering, seating, service, overall experience, and visit satisfaction
Proficient beverage menu, brunch menu, catering menu, and cake menu knowledge and application
Proficient knowledge and use of POS system
Customer money management, phone management, and online order management
Maintain clean, organized, labeled, and otherwise tidy work stations
Assist in:
- Pastry labeling, special signs, and menu count
- Putting together and finishing catering and custom orders
- Keeping team informed of order updates, allergies, specifications, etc.
- other duties as assigned

Kitchen Staff Member

Management of Line Station, wholesale prep, and overall assistance for Head Chef and Pastry Chef

Assist in:

Kitchen daily tasks such as opening, closing, dishes, regular clean, and deep clean items
Inventory management and Prep list management
Maintain clean, organized, labeled, and otherwise tidy work stations, cold hold, and dry storage units
Receiving and putting away vendor orders
Catering and special orders
Other duties as assigned

Additional Line Duties:

Open and close station including maintaining equipment, machinery, stock, and cleanliness
Sense of urgency**
Manage station inventory, prep, regular, and deep clean
Fulfill customer orders in a timely and consistent manner

Additional Prep Duties:

Wholesale production
Anticipating customer wants and needs
Prep items on board for catering, special orders, line station, cakes, and pastries
Fulfill customer catering and special orders in a timely and consistent manner

Dishwasher

Management of areas concerning dishes, cleaning, organizing, and general maintenance

Handles:

Washing of, sanitizing, and care of all dishes in café, both FOH and BOH
Maintenance of trash removal, bussing station, and mop sink in FOH
Other duties as assigned

Assist in:

Kitchen processes such as daily cleaning, deep cleaning, inventory, health inspector prep, etc.
Receiving and putting away orders
Maintaining clean, organized, labeled, and otherwise tidy stations, fridge, freezer, dry storage units
